Earning 4 Learning

Earning 4 Learning is a collaborative program between Alameda Towne Centre, the Alameda Education Foundation, the Alameda Unified School District and the Alameda Magazine. All you need to do is shop stores at Alameda Towne Centre and collect your receipts. Turn them into the school’s office and the PTA will collect and tally your receipts.

You will also find large yellow envelopes on the door of each classroom. This will make it easy for you or your child to drop in your receipts in the morning. For each dollar spent, we earn one point. At the end of the program, our school can earn money based on the points received (1st place, 2nd place, etc. — $10,000 in cash will be split amongst the winning schools). Our school won the Grand Prize in 2005 and 2006, and 1st place in 2007.
